Born in Jiangxi in 1924. Around the thirties of the Republic of China, he was attracted by street performances of exiled students in his hometown of Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province. Therefore, he was associated with performances. "Song of the night" was Fu Bihui's first street performance. At first, Fu Bihui began acting as a villain in March and August. Later, because of "transformation", the actor of Kong Lushi's wife couldn't perform and asked her to take on the role. So she often went to the empty room at night to practice. The team leader praised her for her future success. In the future, Fu Bihui's role became more and more important, gradually accumulating experience and making himself competent for the major roles.

After coming to Taiwan in the 36th year of the Republic of China, Fu Bihui was active on the stage and performed "night club" in Zhongshan Hall. Fu Bihui played Guanyin. The audience was full, and many people came to see the play from other places. "Blue and black" and "Tian Lun Meng Hui" are two of the most unforgettable plays in her later stage career. In particular, "blue and black", directed by Wang Shengshan and performed on the same stage with Cao Jian, Qian Lu, GE Xiangting and Sun Yue in 1961, has performed more than 100 consecutive performances, which is unprecedented.

After her participation in film performances, director Li Xing's works were almost inseparable from her superb performance. In many well-known films, such as autumn resolution and duck raising family, her persevering and capable mother role was even more praised by everyone. She once won the best supporting actress award of the 10th Golden Horse Award for autumn resolution. After performing the TV series "main road" in 1967, he joined Taiwan TV company as a basic actor and performed many series, playing the role of lady and grandmother. His husband is Zhao Zhenqiu, director of Taiwan TV. Fu Bihui was also the general convener of the "half hundred urchin club" during her lifetime. She usually spared no effort in the contact between senior artists. On October 4, 2003, he died of gastric cancer in Hexin hospital. He was 80 years old.
