Huang Jin
Huang Jin, male, Han nationality, was born in December 1958 in Lichuan, Hubei Province. He started work in August 1975 and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1980. He has a postgraduate degree, doctor of law, professor and doctoral supervisor. He was the president and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of China University of political science and law.
He is now vice president of China law society, President of China Society of international law, President of China Society of private international law, and vice president of China foundation for human rights development.

Social service
He is also the president of the China Society of private international law, the specially invited consultant of the Supreme People's court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and the chairman of the board of directors of the foundation of the Qian Duansheng law research achievement award.

He has successively presided over and participated in more than 20 Chinese and foreign scientific research projects, published more than 40 monographs, edited or participated in editing works, and published more than 190 Chinese and English papers and translations in Chinese and foreign journals such as Chinese Social Sciences, legal studies, the Hague annual of international law in the Netherlands, and Duke Journal of international law and comparative law in the United States.
The academic achievements have won many awards, such as the national first prize of excellent teaching achievements of ordinary colleges and universities of the State Education Commission, the first prize of national legal teaching materials and scientific research achievements of the Ministry of justice, and the second and third second prize of law of Humanities and social sciences research achievements of ordinary colleges and universities of the Ministry of education. He has won the title of the first ten "outstanding young jurists", the special award for excellent teachers of Baosteel Education Award, and the "excellent young teachers of colleges and universities award" of the Ministry of education of China. In 2004, he was selected as one of the first batch of "national candidates for the new century talent project".
