Cui Yunxin, senior engineer. Born in 1946 in Beijing. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. Graduated from Beijing Electric Power University. He is now deputy chief engineer of Zhangjiakou power supply company and manager of power repair and test company. Since 1993, it has won the safety meritorious service certificate and the target contract award of Zhangjiakou power supply company for three consecutive years. He was the chief editor of the book "technical training and examination questions for distribution line operation and maintenance" (Qingdao Publishing House) organized by the Education Department of North China electricity administration.

He is a deputy to Xuanhua District People's Congress. Since working in electric power, he has participated in outdoor survey and indoor design of 110kV lines in Shangyi dayangpo power plant, Zhangbei, Xuanhua, Yangyuan and other places for many times. Independently completed the calculation of dangerous interference and electrostatic interference of Zhangjiakou Zhangbei 110kV line to Beijing Ulan Bator Moscow International communication line and the design of communication protection. The calculation and design are correct, verified by the communication command of Beijing Military Region, and a parallel agreement has been reached, which has been running well so far. The foundation design of large span cast-in-place pile cantilever tower across Yanghe River is carried out independently. Participate in the foundation design, construction and acceptance of 46 base tower for outgoing line of Houjiamiao 220kV substation.
