Character experience
In 1997, he was admitted as a visiting scholar by the National Scholarship Committee of the people's Republic of China. The next year, he was sent to Windsor University of Canada to study for one year. In 2001, he was selected into the excellent young teachers funding program of the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China and won the project funding. In 2003, he received a doctor's degree in information and communication engineering from the University of science and technology of China. In 2005, he was funded by the Anhui Provincial Talent Development Fund (fund for introducing overseas talents). In the same year, he was the first director of the Department of network and information engineering of the school of computer science and technology of Anhui University. It is one of the open tutors of the master's degree awarding point of signal and information processing specialty of Anhui University, and also the tutor of master's and doctoral students of computer application technology specialty of Anhui University.
