Zhang Shufen

Zhang Shufen, female, born in 1939, is a native of Panyu city, Guangdong Province. He graduated from the Department of art history and theory, Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1966. In 1973, he was assigned to work in the Palace Museum. He successively worked in the arts and Crafts section of the preservation department, the business department, the exhibition department, and the antiquities department. He was engaged in the research and exhibition of bamboo, wood, teeth, and other miscellaneous works. From 1989 to 1992, he was the leader of the arts and crafts group. He is now a research librarian of the Palace Museum and has been employed by the Beijing municipal government as a lifelong librarian of the Beijing Municipal Museum of culture and history.

Zhang Shufen graduated from the Department of art history and art theory of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1966. After six years of study, he studied dozens of history theory courses and professional courses. After graduation, he was assigned to work in the Palace Museum. She has accomplished the task excellently and won the praise of the State Administration of cultural relics and the hospital. She has been rated as "excellent exhibition" by the State Administration of cultural relics, and Zhang Shufen has also been rated as an advanced individual.

In 1986, 1989, 1990 and 1998, Zhang Shufen went to the United States, Japan, Germany and France to complete exhibitions and investigate cultural exchange activities. Zhang Shufen was in charge of identifying cultural relics, copying and repairing cultural relics, designing the site, and writing the explanatory notes of the published catalogue. Visitors from the United States and other countries have a better understanding of China through the exhibition, which has made a good start for the cultural exchanges between China and the United States.

The Qing Dynasty palace culture exhibition was held in Tokyo, Nagoya and other places in Japan. This exhibition mainly focuses on the unique Chinese stationery, comprehensively and systematically showing the connotation of Chinese culture. As the head of the exhibition, Zhang Shufen not only completed the exhibition content design, site art design, site layout, copy of cultural relics, writing papers for the publication of atlas, text description of cultural relics and translation and proofreading in Chinese and Japanese, but also, at the invitation of Aichi County, Sanchong County, Gifu County, Nagoya City Department of culture and other units, made the title "refined stationery in Ming and Qing Dynasties" The special report was well received by the audience. As a senior non party intellectual, Zhang Shufen has been elected to the eighth and ninth municipal CPPCC since 1992. In 1993, he was employed as a special inspector of Beijing municipal government and a juror of Beijing Second Intermediate People's court. Zhang Shufen has participated in the joint inspection work of the capital civilization office and the rectification office. In January 2002, he was employed as a librarian of Beijing Municipal Research Institute of literature and history.
