Zhang Shufen
Zhang Shufen, female, born in 1939, is a native of Panyu city, Guangdong Province. He graduated from the Department of art history and theory, Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1966. In 1973, he was assigned to work in the Palace Museum. He successively worked in the arts and Crafts section of the preservation department, the business department, the exhibition department, and the antiquities department. He was engaged in the research and exhibition of bamboo, wood, teeth, and other miscellaneous works. From 1989 to 1992, he was the leader of the arts and crafts group. He is now a research librarian of the Palace Museum and has been employed by the Beijing municipal government as a lifelong librarian of the Beijing Municipal Museum of culture and history.

Zhang Shufen graduated from the Department of art history and art theory of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1966. In 1986, 1989, 1990 and 1998, Zhang Shufen went to the United States, Japan, Germany and France to complete exhibitions and investigate cultural exchange activities. Zhang Shufen was in charge of identifying cultural relics, copying and repairing cultural relics, designing the site, and writing the explanatory notes of the published catalogue. As a senior non party intellectual, Zhang Shufen has been elected to the eighth and ninth municipal CPPCC since 1992. In 1993, he was employed as a special inspector of Beijing municipal government and a juror of Beijing Second Intermediate People's court. Zhang Shufen has participated in the joint inspection work of the capital civilization office and the rectification office. In January 2002, he was employed as a librarian of Beijing Municipal Research Institute of literature and history.
