Wang Hongsheng

Born in April 1955, Han nationality, native place: Raoyang, Hebei Province, born in Qiqihar City, he joined the Communist Party of China in July 1983 and began to work in March 1971. He graduated from the Department of politics of Qi Normal University with a university degree and is an architectural engineer.

He once served as deputy director of the Standing Committee of the people's Congress of Qiqihar city and a member of the Party group.
