Liu Yonghui

Liu Yonghui, female, from Cuijiayu, Yishui County, was born in May 1955, with junior high school education, and began to work in July 1971.

In March 1997, he served as the political instructor of the Criminal Police Brigade of Ju County Public Security Bureau. After taking part in the public security work, she studied the public security business assiduously. She taught herself criminal investigation, criminal photography, criminal psychology, measurement, criminal procedure law and other business books, and wrote nearly 30000 words of reading notes. With her persistent pursuit and perseverance, she soon became an expert in investigating and solving cases from a layman in public security work. Over the past few years, she has participated in handling more than 300 criminal cases, detected more than 30 serious cases, cracked down on more than 360 criminals, and made outstanding contributions to the maintenance of social order. She has been awarded the title of "female post star" by the county women's Federation; she has been awarded the title of "advanced individual" and "March 8 red flag bearer" by Rizhao women's Federation; she has been awarded the third class merit by Rizhao Public Security Bureau twice; she has been awarded the Title of "top 10 political and legal police" by the county Party committee and the county government twice.
