Chen Xingzhong

From February 1980 to March 1982, he taught in Qianyang branch of Hunan Agricultural University. From March 1982 to April 1988, he worked in the Rural Work Office of Huaihua administrative office, and successively served as deputy section chief and section chief. From April 1988 to February 1998, he worked in the former Huaihua City, successively as assistant mayor, deputy mayor of the municipal government and Deputy Secretary of the municipal Party committee.
