Wang Xiaoyi (1916.02 ~ 2010.07), male, Han nationality, was born in yangchangtun village, Linqing City, Shandong Province. Born in a rural family, Wang Xiaoyi studied in Jinan No.1 middle school, Beijing Tongzhou Luhe high school and Yanjing University. After the July 7th incident in 1937, he served as the leader of the Anti Japanese guerrillas in the 10th District of Linqing county. From the spring of 1938 to February of 1939, he successively served as the director of Linqing County War Mobilization Committee, member of Linqing County Working Committee, propaganda minister, member of Linqing Central County Committee, propaganda minister, member of Linqing County Committee and organization minister. From February 1939 to 1942, he successively served as secretary of Linqing county Party committee of CPC, political director of Linqing armed working group of the Eighth Route Army, member and Secretary General of Northwest Shandong administrative committee, political member of Weihe detachment of the Eighth Route Army, member of the third (Northwest Shandong) prefectural committee of Luxi District, and special commissioner. In May of the next year, he joined the Party School of the North Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. From 1967 to 1971, he served as deputy leader and group leader of the foreign affairs group of the Beijing Municipal revolutionary Commission. 1971-1973 Deputy Secretary General of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. 1973-1977 member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, Deputy Secretary General of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and Deputy Secretary General of the CPC Beijing Revolutionary Committee. From 1977 to 1977.11, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Revolutionary Committee.
