Wang Xiaoyi (1916.02 ~ 2010.07), male, Han nationality, was born in yangchangtun village, Linqing City, Shandong Province. Born in a rural family, Wang Xiaoyi studied in Jinan No.1 middle school, Beijing Tongzhou Luhe high school and Yanjing University.
