From September 1991 to June 1995, he graduated from the Department of history of Xiangtan Normal University (now Hunan University of science and Technology) with a bachelor's degree in history education and won the title of "model student cadre of Xiangtan Normal University"
From July 1995 to August 1998, he worked as a student affairs officer in the computer department of Central South Institute of technology, and concurrently served as the Secretary of the student Party branch
From September 1998 to June 2001, he graduated from the Law School of Xiangtan University with a master's degree in criminal law
From July 2001 to August 2003, he was a lecturer in Law School of Hunan University, focusing on Chinese criminal law, criminal procedure law and Criminology
From September 2003 to June 2006, he graduated from the school of law of Wuhan University with a doctor's degree in criminal law and has been a teacher of the school of law
