Lin Fudi

Lin Fudi, male, was born on August 21, 1934 in Chiayi County, Taiwan. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Tainan normal school and is a director in mainland China.

Lin Fudi (August 21, 1934 -) was born in Chiayi County, Taiwan. After graduating from the Fine Arts Department of Tainan normal school, he worked as a fine arts teacher in middle school. He soon transferred to the Taiwanese film industry and worked as a makeup artist, still photographer, and assistant director. In 1961, Gao Renhe set up "ZTE film company" to shoot Taiwanese films and invited Lin Fudi to cooperate with him. Lin first learned how to write scripts, and later served as deputy director of Shao Luohui. The first work was Li Shimin's visit to the underground, and then directed the first Taiwanese language film twelve stars. The actors were all from the Gezai Opera class. Since then, he has directed more than 50 Taiwanese language films. In 1964, he transferred to make a Mandarin film, the first work of which is "vow of allegiance". In 1967, he directed anonymous's the woman in the tower, which established his position in directing Mandarin films.
