Early experience

Chen Xinhong studied in the art class of the senior high school affiliated to National Taiwan Normal University. He was the president of the guitar club of the high school affiliated to National Taiwan Normal University and the chairman of the graduate Association of the high school affiliated to National Taiwan Normal University. In high school, he formed a band may day with monster, Martha and stone. He studied in the interior design department of Taipei practical University.

On March 29, 1997, Mayday was officially established and entered the singing world. Monster (Wen Shangyi) was the band leader and guitarist, a Xin (Chen Xinhong) was the lead singer, stone (Shi Jinhang) was the guitarist, and Martha (CAI Shengyan) was the bass.

In January 1998, the first ensemble of orchestras was released. In June, he joined rolling stone records, while drummer Guan You (Liu Yanming) joined.

In November 2005, a Xin and Wang Leehom CO produced Liang Jingru's new album silk road. The song "Silk Road" won the best lyrics award in the 6th Global Chinese songs list.

On January 18, 2006, a Xin wrote a song "Happy Birthday" for "hope maker". In the same year, Axin, buerliang and Mingji design team designed and developed the world's first "Musiqmp3 Necklace player" Mingji musiq magic bean.

In 2007, a Xin and bu Erliang jointly established the fashion brand STAYREAL, and served as the designer and President of STAYREAL.

In 2017, he won the best Lyricist Award of the 28th Taiwan Golden Melody Award for his fame in sight.

At 11:00 p.m. on September 16, 2019, Jay Chou's song "say no cry" composed and sang with ah Xin was released.

Personal life

Chen Xinhong took part in his grandmother's farewell ceremony on May 6, 2004, which accidentally exposed the background of the underworld family. From his father, uncle and cousins, many of them were "brothers on the road". In March 2007, at the invitation of Taiwan Huashan foundation, Mayday raised funds for the construction of elderly care homes for the elderly with "loss of dependence, amnesia and disability".

In January 2008, a charity activity was held in ximending to sell the limited T-shirt, a polar bear baby jointly designed by a Xin and bu Erliang.

In March 2012, at the invitation of the family support foundation, a "just love it, I don't want you to be alone" concert was held in Taichung stadium. All the proceeds will be donated to the family support foundation after deducting the cost to assist vulnerable children and families. In July, TVBS cared for Taiwan culture and education foundation and invited Mayday to speak for public welfare activities.

In April 2013, through Liu Ruoying, the spokesperson of "Pearl recovery project", Mayday led his younger martial brother, sister MP magic power, Bai an and his family to hold "just love it" charity concerts in Beijing Capital Gymnasium, Shanghai and Guangzhou on the 5th, calling on all walks of life to raise 3 million yuan to help poor school children go to school.
