Wanlaiming (1900.1.18-1997.10.7) is laiweng, whose stage name is Ma Chi. World animation master, art master, founder of Chinese animation film, world famous director, one of the 500 celebrities in modern world. He is from Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Eternal Toad's twin brother. He taught himself painting when he was young. In 1919, he joined the Shanghai Commercial Press and successively worked in the art department and the activity film department. In 1925, shuzhendong Chinese typewriter, an animation advertisement made with brother guchan, was the rudiment of Chinese animation. In 1926, he joined the great wall picture company and worked together to produce the first animated film "the studio of havoc". He went to Hong Kong in 1949 and returned to Shanghai in 1954 as an animation director of Shanghai Art Film Studio. He is the third and fourth director of China Film Association. In 1925, he began his animation career with Wan Gu Chan in making the animation advertisement "Shu Zhen Dong Chinese typewriter".
