LV Jianmin, male, Han nationality, born in Pucheng County, Fujian Province, is a film producer and producer. He is the chairman of the board of directors of the spring and Autumn period (Tianjin) Film Co., Ltd.

Early experience

In the 1980s, LV Jianmin graduated from high school and didn't go to university. Relying on his parents, he found a job in the county and kept contributing to Pucheng literature and art, a literary journal in the county. He became a literary youth to the letter. In 1985, he entered the second writers class of Fujian Federation of literary and art circles. In order to pursue the dream of literature and art, LV Jianmin resolutely quit his job in the county and spent six years in Fuzhou.

In 1993, he founded an advertising company. In 1996, he changed from advertising industry to real estate and reached the peak of his personal career. In 1997, after catching up with the state's macro-control, the capital chain broke, and LV Jianmin went bankrupt overnight. He became a poor man with nothing.

Acting experience

In the early stage of his film career, Lu Jianmin published a number of low-cost literary and artistic films, and supported a group of young and capable directors, who later became the backbone of the sixth generation of directors. Early released films include Lu Xuechang's grow up, Li Yu's fish and elephant, Li Yang's blind well and Zhang Ming's Wushan Yunyu.

In the early stage of commercial film, LV Jianmin made many beneficial attempts on the type, schedule, publicity and marketing of domestic commercial films. One of the most representative is the horror film midnight taxi, which is the first horror film since the commercialization reform of Chinese films. Midnight taxi was released on December 24, making Christmas the golden time for horror films. The final box office of midnight taxi was 13 million yuan, which created the box office record of horror films of that year and became a milestone of Chinese horror films.

"Zone B 32", released in June 2011, is China's first false record horror film, known as the Chinese version of "ghost record". The final box office was 17 million yuan. The film's investment is less than one million yuan, the highest rate of return on investment in Chinese films.
