Zhao Dengfeng, a famous tenor in Germany, was born in Danzhai County, Guizhou Province, China in 1965. In 1981, he studied music and entered the palace of music art under the guidance of teachers Fuxi (soprano, national first-class actor) and Xia Baolin (singer, composer) of Guizhou song and dance troupe. He was admitted to the Vocal Music Department of Sichuan Conservatory of music in 1983 and studied under Professor Qian Weidao. From 1987 to 1995, he studied in the Central Conservatory of music and studied vocal music under the guidance of Li Xinchang, Shen Xiang, Jiang Ying and other famous professors. From 1995 to 1997, he studied in Hamburg Opera Center. He has participated in many domestic and international vocal music competitions. In 1994, Zhao Dengfeng won the first place of Bel Canto professional group in the sixth "TONGYE Cup" national young singers TV competition. In 1993, Zhao Dengfeng won the best tenor award in Vienna "bevedere" International Vocal Competition. It has attracted the attention of European opera circles. 1965

Born in Danzhai County, Guizhou Province, China. He lived and studied in many places, spent his happy childhood, and adapted to the life of traveling around. Recalling the innocent and happy youth, Zhao Dengfeng believes that it is the unique environment and the subtle influence of music culture that made him sing on the way to school and school when he was very young. It was subconsciously sung, as if he was born with music. With his loud voice, he was influenced by music and felt the power of singing .

1975

He clearly remembers that when he was 10 years old, Zhou Song and dance troupe came to the factory to perform. He was excited by the joyful and magical song and dance. A dream of becoming a musician was quietly spread in the heart of young Zhao Dengfeng. Even today, when talking about the influence of his hometown on his musical life, Zhao Dengfeng still makes a completely professional inference: "although Guizhou's minority areas are backward, they are gifted in the understanding and pursuit of art."

1976

Zhao Dengfeng gradually had the idea to develop his singing, especially the reminders from his friends, such as "you sing so well, why don't you apply for the art school?" let him secretly cheer for himself in his heart. Since then, he has more thoughts than other people in singing.

1980

Zhao Dengfeng was admitted to senior high school with the result of second place, and he lived on campus. However, the ideal of becoming a singer persistently dominates his life and makes him consciously get up early to practice his voice every day. In order to protect his voice, he didn't even agree with the curiosity of the male students who grew up in the countryside about tobacco and alcohol, and always forced himself not to touch tobacco and alcohol. It was this kind of advanced consciousness and preparation that laid a good foundation for Zhao Dengfeng to reach the peak in the future.

1981

Under the guidance of soprano singer Xiao Fuxi and singer and composer Xia Baolin of Guizhou song and dance troupe, Zhao Dengfeng began his formal music learning.

1982

With a bright future, Zhao Dengfeng rushed to Guiyang to apply for the art school. Seeing that the school didn't recruit students for this major in those years, he rushed to Sichuan Conservatory of music, but failed. Although the first step of his ideal life was a paragraph of failure, the words that teachers encouraged him to continue to work hard and not to give up were deeply remembered in his heart.

After returning to Weng'an county from the gate of the music temple, Zhao Dengfeng soon found himself in a new kind of work. He came to Xinhua phosphate fertilizer plant where his parents were working and started unloading phosphate ore. A young man who originally wanted to interpret life with music began to experience his new life with his limbs. "At that time, it only took a quarter of an hour for a truck of mines to be unloaded." At this point, Zhao Dengfeng's face showed a kind of joy and pride of hard work. Although the shovel also provided Zhao Dengfeng with a stage to show his strength and efficiency, his ideals were always on the door of the music hall. He always longed to come to the singing art paradise as soon as possible and sing songs.

After unloading the ore for three or four months, in winter, Zhao Dengfeng said goodbye to his hometown and went to Sichuan Conservatory of music to learn art.

More than half a year later, when it was time to recruit students, Zhao Dengfeng came to Sichuan Conservatory of music again. Unfortunately, there was only one composer in Guizhou this year. Seeing that his hope was extinguished again, Zhao Dengfeng had to wait. Before he had time to be dejected, a good news came - no one reported the composition of that year, that is to say, the quota was still empty. With the efforts of Zhao Dengfeng and the help of his teachers, he finally convinced the college to change the quota into vocal music. Therefore, Zhao Dengfeng happily stepped on the ladder towards the ideal with his own strength.

After entering the Conservatory of music and studying under the guidance of Professor Qian Weidao, a famous Chinese vocal music educator, Zhao Dengfeng's blind singing became specific and clear, and his study was also very systematic. In the second year, Zhao Dengfeng began to stand out among the students in the Department of vocal music. In order to increase practical experience, the band of the college often organizes performances outside.
