Profile

Chen Xinghai graduated from the Department of mathematics of Zhejiang Normal University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1982. He entered Yueqing middle school in 1982 and has been engaged in education and teaching for 30 years. He once served as member of the 10th and 11th CPPCC of Yueqing City, grade director of Yueqing middle school, deputy director of the educational administration office, and Secretary General of the academic committee of Yueqing middle school. Currently, he is a specially invited supervisor of Yueqing detention center, vice president of Yueqing mathematics society and senior teacher of middle school. In 2006, he won the honorary title of "teaching veteran" of Yueqing City.
