Lin Cong is a female director, screenwriter and actor in mainland China.

Lin Cong was born in a family of drama. His father, Lin Zhaohua, is a director of Beijing People's Art Theater. His mother, he Bingzhu, is a professor of director department of Central Academy of drama. His younger brother, Lin Xiyue, is an actor.
