Detailed introduction
Recently, the reporter learned from some historical materials provided by the Party History Research Office of the municipal Party committee that Shi Lianxing's dangerous story of crossing mountains and rivers and carrying two boxes of red flags into the Soviet Area from Shanghai Shantou Chaozhou Dapu shanghangbian Tingzhou (Changting) Ruijin is still so fresh today——
Historical facts and stories
The female students set out from Shanghai for a thrilling journey. In 1932, in the white terror of Shanghai, several female students who escaped from Hubei, such as Shi Lianxing, who lived in Xiafei road and Hefang, went to Shanghai to join the "red mutual aid" organization, a peripheral organization of the Communist Party. They were going to work as nurses in the Red Army of the Soviet Area, so Lao Li of the mutual aid society brought a stranger and introduced him as Comrade a Bing, the traffic attendant who took them to the Central Soviet area. Speaking fluent Shanghai dialect, a Bing said that she would leave soon. She asked them to change their student clothes and put on the clothes worn by ordinary Cantonese women. Her luggage was as simple as possible. The first group could only take two people. So she decided to let Shi Lianxing and his classmates go first.
Departure begins
When they set out, Shi Lianxing and Shi Lianxing brought two wooden boxes of red flags besides simple clothes, which were embroidered by Shanghai workers to the Soviet Area and the Red Army. Shi Lianxing and Xiao Kong are worried that they can't take them. They don't know what to do. They are so anxious that they blush. Traffic officer a Bing told them not to worry. He would arrange it well and follow him boldly. So they took a rickshaw together, and the two boxes of red flags were followed by another rickshaw. On the wharfs by the Huangpu River, there are many people getting on and off the ship, and there are still people checking passengers' luggage on the wharfs. When Shi Lianxing and Xiao Kong were worried about what to do with the two boxes of red flags, they saw two porters in red hats carrying the two boxes of red flags on the gangway and walking towards the boat in the crowd. Shi Lianxing nervously wiped the sweat on his head, followed ah Bing and stepped onto the springboard and squeezed into the boat. After entering the cockpit, the two porters in red hats had already put the box on the board safely and left. From then on, these two boxes of red flags were no longer managed, and no one paid any attention to them.
I stayed in Shantou safely for one night
The ship went out of the sea. The weather was overcast that day, and the sea was rough. Shi and Kong were both on the sea boat for the first time. They were lying on the deck chair in the cockpit and couldn't get up because of dizziness. The sea breeze blew through their thin clothes. Although it was summer, they still felt very cold. But what they are most worried about is not themselves, but the two boxes of red flags. One is afraid of being found by the enemy, and the other is afraid that the passengers will steal it. A Bing, the traffic attendant who escorted them, lay not too far away from them. He was not afraid of the shaking of the boat. He walked around freely on the boat and sent this and that to Shi Lianxing from time to time. Shi Lianxing and Xiao Kong couldn't eat anything, and they kept vomiting. The two boxes were sliding on the board with the surging waves, and the passengers were lying on the deck chairs, and no one paid attention to them. At dawn, they successfully arrived at Shantou, the first stop of their journey.
After the boat landed, a Bing found two porters to carry the two boxes of red flags into a big hotel on the seashore. After a Bing greets a 20-year-old teahouse in the hotel, the teahouse cleverly takes over the box, and politely arranges Shi Lianxing and Kong to live in a large guest room near the entrance of the hotel. A Bing bought a lot of fresh fruits. He deliberately opened the door of the room, and the three people began to eat with laughter. The hotel was very noisy. There were mahjong players, huqin players, drinkers, KMT officers and prostitutes going out and in, all kinds of things. In this situation, a-bing looks very relaxed, walking up and down in front of the hotel with a pair of slippers and a cigarette in his mouth. His ease emboldened Shi Lianxing and Xiao Kong, two young girls, so that they were not so nervous any more, and they could eat normally. Finally, they spent a safe night here.
Step on the red land through Chaozhou
The next day they took the two boxes of red flags to Chaozhou by train and then to Tai Po by boat. The traffic station in Tai Po is close to the river bank. As soon as the boat landed, a porter picked up the two boxes. Shi Lianxing and Xiaokong follow a Bing step by step up the ramp on the bank and walk into the building along the river. The owner of this family is making tea and washing water, busy cooking for them. After dinner, the host arranged for Shi Lianxing and Kong to live in a small room in the back. The room is very small and can only accommodate two people. At that time, it was a summer night, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Grandma took a small bamboo chair and sat in the corridor at the head of their bed, holding a big sunflower fan in her hand to drive out mosquitoes for them and kept fanning them.
Apart from a Bing, there were two more people when he set out. One was a box man, and the other was a tall man in his late 30s. He was wearing a pair of short shirts and looked energetic. Two pistols were tightly inserted in his waist. At night, it was so dark that I couldn't see my fingers. The tall traffic man was holding Shi Lianxing, and a Bing was holding keyhole. They were trying to walk on the mountain road step by step with mud and water. Shi Lianxing and Xiao Kong were drenched like a drowned chicken. They fell in the mud and water, but they still kept on going. Along the way, I was always afraid of meeting the enemy. Sometimes when something happened, the two girls' hearts would be raised to their voices. Sometimes they would hide in the wall of the traffic station for a whole day. After a long journey to the boundary of Fujian, he ran more than two miles to a river and got on a small fishing boat. Two boxes of red flags were also carried on the boat. At last the red boat on the other side of the Soviet was delivered to the land at dawn. "The sky of the red Soviet is so sunny, the land of the red Soviet is so fragrant." Later, in his memoirs in 1981, Shi Lianxing said, "in a happy and interesting atmosphere, we had a three-day rest here. When we set out again, a Bing led us to ride a jujube horse, through Changting, over the mountains, and finally arrived at Ruijin, the red capital. How much contribution each soldier on the transportation line has made to the party and the people. "
