On July 6, 2008, the world free kick masters match was held at the Ryland stadium in Houston. In 2008, the event gathered many top players in the world, including Messi, Ronaldinho, Marquez, Palermo and so on, and Brazil's retired lone wolf Romario was also invited to participate. In addition, Shen Si, the former Chinese international, was invited again. Shensi, as the only Chinese player to participate in this football feast in China, the golden left foot of Chinese football at that time won the second place in this competition in Spain in 2004 by defeating Zidane and other famous players with exquisite footwork.
After the start of the game, Shensi played extremely well in the first round, and with a total score of 45 points, he was far ahead of many famous stars including Messi and Ronaldinho, ranking first among all the players. Therefore, although the first round of world football in many popular stars, but according to the rules of the game, the final players still need to draw against each other.
Shensi and Ronaldinho were in the same group in the second round draw. The goalkeeper they faced was England goalkeeper James. As a result, Shensi scored a goal from all the free kicks at the required points, while Ronaldinho either missed or was confiscated by James.

I'm a world-class free kick
Because there is no TV broadcast, the world free kick competition held at the Ryland stadium in Houston on the evening of July 5, 2008 local time did not leave us any impression. However, Shen Si, who just returned to Shanghai last night, was still in high spirits when he talked about the competition he took part in. In this competition, he was able to beat Ronaldinho and win the third place. At last, he can boldly say what the fans want to hear most: "free kick level, I'm world-class!"
Ronaldinho didn't make it to the final, and they comforted each other. Shensi said that the rules of this free kick match are similar to those of the match in Spain at the end of 2004. "Three seeds have been set up, and Ronaldinho is one of them. The other players will be promoted and the top five will enter the second round. In the second round, the eight players catch the match, the two best free throw players and two goalkeepers, and then go to the final
According to the rules, each player can have seven shot opportunities in each performance, which are two penalties at 18 meters, 21 meters and 25 meters, and one penalty at 30 meters. The score of one penalty is 10, 15, 20 and 30.
In the first round, Shensi played very well. He scored three goals with seven feet. "At the distance of 18 meters, 21 meters and 25 meters, I have scored one goal each, which is quite good!" In the end, Shensi entered the second round of the second round with his head held high.
"In the second round, I was in a group with Ronaldinho Shensi said with a smile, "last time in Spain, Zidane and I were in the same group. This time we are in the same group with Ronaldinho. They are all the most famous stars in the game!"
Although he missed the free kick competition in 2004, Ronaldinho learned about the excellent performance of Chinese player Shensi in that competition. So, after the grouping results came out, Ronaldinho said to Shensi with a smile: "let's go to the final together! It must be the two of us Shensi smiles and nods.
