Lin Ying, female, Han nationality, born in Minhou County, Fujian Province in January 1965, a member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from the Department of mathematics of Fujian Normal University with a Bachelor of science.
He is now the Secretary General of the Standing Committee of the 15th people's Congress of Fuzhou.
