Liu Rui, male, Han nationality, was born in March 1979. He joined the army in August 1997 and the party in May 2000. He is now the deputy division commander of an air force aviation division. Liu Rui took the lead in flying thousands of kilometers into the South China Sea. He has repeatedly carried out patrol missions in far sea warfare, making him more courageous in battle. He has repeatedly challenged the training limit of h-6k aircraft, verified the operational use data under complex and harsh conditions, and refreshed more than 10 training records.
