Song Zhe
Song Zhe, Han nationality, was born in April 1960 in Heilongjiang Province. He began to work in September 1982. He is a master of world economy in school of economics, Nankai University.
He is now deputy director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council and a member of the Party group.
