Xu Xin
Xu Xin, male, born in 1970 in Fengcheng, Jiangxi Province, is currently a professor of Beijing University of technology. He was once a professor, doctoral supervisor and member of the academic committee of Southwest University of political science and law.
Director of Judicial Research Center, head of judicial system discipline, academic leader of judicial system direction of State Key Discipline procedural law, academic and technical leader of Chongqing (2008, secondary discipline of judicial system), doctor of law of Tsinghua University (2003), master of law of Southwest University of political science and Law (1995), the first batch of "five one batch" theoretical talents of Chongqing propaganda culture (2007) , director of China Civil Procedure Law Research Association, expert advisory committee member of Chongqing People's Procuratorate, Chongqing first intermediate people's court, Dongying intermediate people's court and other judicial institutions.
