Huang Huang

Huang Huang, born in August 1933, is a native of Hongyao, Lianshui County, Jiangsu Province. He took part in revolutionary work in 1946 and joined the party in 1949.

He was Secretary of the CPC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party committee and the first Secretary of the Ningxia military region.

Biography of characters

After the founding of the people's Republic of China, he successively served as an important person of East China Bureau, director of the important department of Anhui provincial Party committee, chief of the important section of Anqing prefectural Party committee, director of the United Front Work Department Office of Anqing prefectural Party committee, Secretary of the Secretariat of Wangjiang county Party committee, and first-class inspector of the Organization Department of Anhui provincial Party committee. After the "Cultural Revolution", he served as the director of Anhui provincial organs, the first deputy secretary of Wuwei County Party committee, member of the Standing Committee of Lu'an Prefecture Party committee, Secretary of Huoqiu County Party committee, and Deputy Secretary of Lu'an Prefecture Party committee. In March 1983, he served as secretary of Anhui provincial Party committee and first political commissar of Anhui military region. He was appointed vice governor of Jiangxi Province in July 1987. In December 1989, he served as secretary of the CPC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party committee and the first Secretary of the Ningxia military region.
