Zheng Zaishi, male, famous performing artist, calligrapher and social activist, former member of China filmmakers Association, director of China Film Foundation, director of China Population Culture Promotion Association, executive director of China Environmental Protection Literature Research Association, researcher of China Calligraphy Society for the elderly, executive vice president of overseas Chinese culture and Art Association.

He started work in 1950 and became a construction worker.

He was admitted to the performance Department of Shanghai Film Academy in 1959. After graduation in 1962, he joined the Chinese people's Liberation Army as an actor in the drama troupe of the Political Department of the air force.

Since 1969, he has been an actor in Tianjin People's Art Theater.

In 1983, he was an actor in a film studio.
