He Bo, male, was born in Qianxian County, Shaanxi Province in 1957 and graduated from the Education Department of Shandong Normal University in 1985.
He was vice secretary of the Party committee and President of Qinghai Normal University.
Profile
In 1996, he was promoted to vice president of Qinghai Normal University. In the same year, he was awarded the title of excellent professional and technical talents in Qinghai Province. In 1998, he was awarded the title of national young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions. In 1999, he was promoted to teaching, and in 2001, he was awarded the title of national model teacher. On August 31, 2012, he became Vice Secretary of the Party committee and President of Qinghai Normal University. in December 2014, due to the age limit, he no longer served as Deputy Secretary of the Party committee and President of Qinghai Normal University.
