Zhang Yanyan, male, born on June 19, 1968 in Fengnan District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is a deputy chief physician, associate professor, master of medicine, master's supervisor, and deputy director of emergency department of Affiliated Hospital of North China Coal Medical College.

He graduated from Zhangjiakou Medical College in 1992 with a bachelor's degree. After graduation, he worked in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhangjiakou Medical College in clinical, teaching and scientific research of general surgery. In 1995, he was transferred to the general surgery department of the Affiliated Hospital of North China Coal Medical College. From October 1999 to October 2000, he participated in the first young and middle-aged discipline leader of Hebei Province and the training class of Medical Department of Fudan University. In July 2001, he obtained the master's degree of medicine from North China Coal Medical College. In December 2003, he was promoted to deputy chief physician, served as editorial board member of Chinese Journal of modern medicine, deputy director of Department of surgery, North China Coal Medical College, and published more than 15 provincial and national medical works. He has undertaken 3 scientific research projects in Hebei Province and won one third prize of Tangshan scientific research achievements progress award.
