Personal experience
From 1991 to 1992, he was the host and director of the special topic department and the literature and Art Department of Hunan TV station. In 1992, he joined the Youth Department of CCTV. As the host of children's programs, he has presided over the big windmill, the same blue sky, children's theater, Oriental book city, literature treasure house and other programs. He has participated in CCTV's "June 1" live show for eight times and has hosted many large-scale parties.
Zeng yuan used to be one of the program hosts of CCTV children's famous program "big windmill" and was the "flower sister" familiar to children all over the country at that time. Since June 2000, he has been the host of two columns of "the same blue sky" and "children's theater". Zeng yuan changed her role hosting style from "sister Hua" to "natural" hosting style, which broadened a new hosting road for herself, and further improved her age span and ideological depth.
In 1998, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the National Working Committee for young pioneers awarded her the "national first-class star torch Medal"; in 2000, she was awarded the title of "national outstanding child worker" by the all China Women's Federation.

Live broadcasting has strict time and regional restrictions. In the specified time, from the beginning of the program to the end of the program, there is no one minute and one second error. In the live broadcast, the host should not only follow the direction of the director, but also take some active measures, such as learning to watch the clock, check the time and grasp the rhythm properly.
