Anecdotes of characters
Liang Bin raises tiger
The writer Liang Bin worked in South China in his early years and adopted a South China tiger cub who nearly died. He also took his job with him several times. Later, it was as big as a pig and ate a lot of food, so it was given to Baoding zoo. I don't know if there are still tigers among the contemporary literati. It's really strange. The weather is different.

Liang Bin Memorial Park
In order to inherit and carry forward the party's fine tradition, cherish the spirit and style of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries, and further strengthen the education of patriotism and revolutionary tradition for the younger generation, Yuanbao villa life Memorial Park and Liang Bin Literature Research Association jointly launched the establishment of Liang Bin Memorial Park, a literary giant and people's writer. The Memorial Park, with the monument of Mr. Liang Bin as the theme building, consists of three parts: the statue of Mr. Liang Bin, the main Monument and the auxiliary monument. The three reliefs on the front of the main stele are respectively created with the main characters of Mr. Liang Bin's representative works "red flag spectrum", "broadcast fire" and "beacon smoke" as the prototypes, and the back is an art painting with shadow carving technique based on Mr. Liang Bin's "Millennium unforgettable lotus painting of Baiyangdian Lake" as the model. The auxiliary stele is set with black granite and adopts special techniques The inscription written by Mr. Guo Moruo in Mrs. Yu Liqun's handwriting is engraved on the front glass curtain wall, and on the back is engraved with the ten characters of Mr. Liang Bin's last stroke: "the sky is full of stars and the sky is full of flowers". The tomb cover is processed and carved in the shape of a book, and the page opened is an excerpt of Mr. Liang Bin's great work "red flag spectrum". The monument is made of high-grade granite and white marble. The color of the monument is red, white and black. Red represents that Mr. Chen's great works were popular throughout the motherland in the red revolutionary era, and also influenced and educated several generations of readers. The combination of black and white shows Mr. Chen's noble character of distinguishing right from wrong, being upright, sincere and indifferent to fame and wealth. Mr. Liang Bin's monument is not an ordinary monument. It is a product of the combination of Mr. Liang's literature and art with contemporary science and technology and traditional art techniques. It is decorated with lawns, flowers and Nanjing rain flower stones. It is an art treasure in itself.
The completion of Mr. Liang Bin Memorial Park has added another patriotism and revolutionary tradition education base for the city, making it the main base for ideological and moral education for the majority of young people. At the same time, it has also added a tourist attraction with profound cultural connotation, contributing to the spiritual and cultural construction of the city.
Liang Bin and the red flag spectrum
In 2005, CCTV was broadcasting the TV series "red flag spectrum", which made people think of Liang Bin, the author of the novel "red flag spectrum" in the 1950s.
Liang Bin was born in Liangzhuang, Li County, Baoding, Hebei Province in 1914. At the age of 11, he left his hometown to study in a county high school and joined the Communist Youth League. At the age of 15, he was admitted to Baoding second division. In the spring of 1932, the Anti Japanese and national salvation movement was launched all over the country, and the students of Baoding second normal school actively publicized the Anti Japanese activities. In the early morning of July 6, the Kuomintang authorities rushed into the school and shot at the students. Twelve party members and one league member were killed and 40 students were arrested, which is known as the "July 6th" massacre in history. Liang Bin once said: "since joining the league, the" April 12 "counter revolutionary coup is the first thorn in my heart. The July 6th massacre of the second division is the second thorn in my heart. "Gaoli uprising" is the third thorn in my heart. Since then, I have made up my mind to fight with the enemy by waving my penholder as a knife and gun! "
Liang Bin began to brew "red flag spectrum" in 1935. In the first ten years, he wrote a lot of articles. Many characters and plots in the red flag spectrum have taken shape in these works, such as exchange of the night, three Bolshevik dads and so on. When Liang Bin went south with the army, he went from Shulu to Hengshui, Shijiazhuang, Handan and other places to participate in and lead the suppression of bandits, anti hegemony, rent and interest reduction, and land reform. Along the way, Liang Bin took a small book with him to record the stories of the common people one by one, some of which were written into the red flag spectrum.
In June 1953, Liang Bin officially wrote the red flag spectrum, and one year later completed the first draft of the red flag spectrum. Liang Bin's creative state is unusual. He is totally immersed in the red flag spectrum and is not familiar with life and world affairs. He sits at his desk and writes for more than ten hours every day. Liang Bin once described: "my creative desire and inspiration have reached a climax, and I can't stop. Get up at dawn, wash a little, and start writing. It's time for breakfast. I haven't finished a program yet. When I finish a paragraph, it's time for dinner. Lunch and dinner. Sometimes I write and remember that I haven't had a meal yet. In fact, two meals have passed... "
Recalling the days when her husband wrote the red flag spectrum, Mrs. Liang Bin said, "he's just like a fool. He eats when he delivers food, but he's hungry when he doesn't. He doesn't talk to people, and people don't listen to him. But when he talks about the characters in the red flag spectrum, he immediately starts to fly. After writing, his brain is still in a state of hyperactivity and can't calm down, except for insomnia
At that time, he had nothing in his mind except the red flag spectrum. I forget to chat with more than 100 people in summer. In summer, the sticky air in Wuhan makes people hot and dry. There is no summer cooling facilities in the place where Liang Bin writes. When he lowers his head to write, sweat often dampens the manuscript paper. To this end, Liang Bin came up with a "wet sheet cooling method.". He dipped the sheets in cold water and hung them in the room. Then he took a basin of cold water and soaked them in a towel. When it was really hot, he wiped his head and body with a cold towel. When it was still hot, he simply put the cold basin under the table and put his feet in the cold water.
In order to write the red flag spectrum, Liang Bin resigned three times: the first time as the president of new Wuhan daily; the second time as the Secretary of the branch of the Central Institute of literature; the third time as the vice mayor of Tianjin. The original intention of Liang Bin's resignation is only one sentence: if he doesn't write the red flag spectrum well, he has no face to see Jiangdong and his father! Finally, a total of 1.2 million words of "red flag spectrum" trilogy scroll, namely "red flag spectrum", "broadcast fire" and "beacon smoke" won the literary world.
Liang Bin's temper is very stubborn. He is very stubborn. During the cultural revolution, he was criticized by the rebels. Some people asked him whether the red flag spectrum was a poisonous herb and whether it was the "Wang Ming left leaning" route. Liang Bin firmly replied: No. Once, a villain told him to stand on a high stool, kicked the stool down, threw him heavily on the concrete floor, and asked him whether he would admit it or not. Liang Bin got up and still firmly answered: No.
Liang Bin likes to chat with the common people when he has nothing to do. All those who sell vegetables, repair shoes and pull coal at the door say that "Liang is always a good man.". In case of injustice, Liang Bin must take care of it. There is a widow of an old revolutionary comrade
Life is more difficult. The relevant departments say that the veteran comrades have passed away and will not come often in the future. The old lady finds Liang Bin crying. Liang binhuo immediately questioned the person in charge of the Department, and the matter was soon solved.
What Liang Bin cherishes most in his life is his manuscript. Tangshan earthquake in 1976, people fled, but Liang Bin rushed to the study, "my manuscript! My manuscript He cried despairingly, clasping the manuscript in his arms. At that time, there were nearly 300 precious and famous paintings in his bookcase, but the only thing he thought of was manuscripts.
Liang Bin wrote the red flag spectrum, which also describes Liang Bin's life.
