Xu feiqing
Xu feiqing (1921.08 ~ 2012.08.07), male, Han nationality, was born in Baxian County, Zhili (now Hebei). Deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Sixth People's Congress of Gansu Province, director of the Standing Committee of the Seventh People's Congress, deputy to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, deputy to the Eighth National People's Congress, deputy to the sixth to eleventh National People's Congress of Gansu Province. He once served as the chief of the protection section of the column brigade of the Central Plains military region, Secretary of the CPC Fangnan Working Committee, and deputy head of Yunfang county. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, he successively served as director of the Ministry of Finance and deputy director of the Ministry of finance of the Central South military and political Commission, deputy director of the finance and Trade Office of the Northwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, deputy mayor of Xi'an City, director of the finance office and vice governor of Gansu Province, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the sixth and Seventh National People's Congress of Gansu Province, etc.

Personal resume
In December 1937, he joined the revolution. He joined the Communist Party of China in September 1938. From December 1937 to September 1938, he joined the Eighth Route Army Cadet team in Linfen, Shanxi Province, and served as the director of the democratic movement of the Political Department of the Eighth Route Army General Station. From September 1938 to September 1939, he served as a political officer in the office of the Eighth Route Army in Quyuan. From September 1939 to December 1941, he served as assistant and inspector in Yan'an general army station, military supply department of the Military Commission and Ministry of economic construction. from December 1941 to December 1943, he served as the organization and security officer in the joint defense command and the Logistics Department of the joint division. From December 1943 to the winter of 1946, he served as the security officer and chief of the security section in Henan military region, the Political Department of the third detachment, the Political Department of the sixth detachment and the Political Department of the third division, and as the deputy head of Yunfang County in the three divisions of Northwest Hubei. From the spring of 1947 to march of 1950, he was captured for one month because of the failure of the struggle in Northwest Hubei. He was sent back to ten divisions of North China as a laborer, and then sent to Tianjin to get in touch with the Social Department of North China Bureau. From March 1950 to March 1953, he served as deputy director of the budget department of the Ministry of finance of the Central South military and political Commission. From March 1953 to September 1960, he served as director and deputy director of the budget department of the Ministry of finance. From September 1960 to September 1965, he served as director of the finance and trade office and member of the Party committee of the Northwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee (from 1962 to 1965, he held a temporary post in Yongning County of Ningxia and served as secretary of the county Party committee). From September 1965 to autumn 1966, he served as director and deputy director of Finance and Trade Office of Northwest Bureau. When the "Cultural Revolution" began, he was attacked and persecuted and suspended. from 1970 to the autumn of 1972, he worked in Yan'an May 7th cadre school. From the autumn of 1972 to the autumn of 1977, he served as secretary and director of the Party group of the Finance Office of Yan'an Prefecture Party committee. from the autumn of 1977 to September of 1979, he was a member of the Standing Committee of Xi'an municipal Party committee and deputy director of Xi'an Municipal Revolutionary Committee. from September 1979 to May 1985, he served as vice governor of Gansu Province, director of the provincial finance office, and consultant of the provincial government. From May 1985 to February 1988, he was deputy director of the Standing Committee of the sixth Gansu Provincial People's Congress and member of the Party group. From February 1988 to January 1993, he was the director of the Standing Committee of the seventh Gansu Provincial People's Congress and Secretary of the Party group. in April 1998, he left to recuperate.
