autobiography
A woman who writes all the legends but is not willing to be just a legend:
Lisa Cheng is known as the spider woman with one hundred feet and many claws. Climbing up for sports and dreams. Since 1998, he has won more than 30 individual individual Championships, and has been ranked as the world champion for many times. At the same time, he was a representative member of Hong Kong bodybuilding, rock climbing, gymnastics, boxing, Muay Thai, health dance, health ball and belly dance. He also served as guest lecturer, TV host, brand spokesman, columnist, model and stunt actor in many colleges and universities Lisa has accomplished many things that people can't do in their life. Now, spider girl's next goal is to climb into the entertainment industry, become a martial arts star, and fulfill her biggest dream
Lisa is a very confident person. Everyone may have dreams and things they want to do, but the most difficult part is to take the first step boldly like her, never give up when encountering difficulties, and persist with faith and will. Hearing her experience, people feel that it doesn't matter if they have gone a long way now. As long as they recognize their own abilities and strengths, and then believe that they can do it and have a good plan, their efforts will not be in vain. Dreams can be realized naturally through efforts. She firmly believes that:
"Opportunities are always reserved for those who are ready, and the most important thing is to equip yourself at any time to face challenges."
