Xia Heping, male, born in December 1954, bachelor, professor. He is now the director of the Institute of economic law, School of law and business, Wuhan University of technology.

He has successively presided over 5 key projects such as legal risk prevention and 511 project in banking system, and 3 provincial and ministerial level projects. Mainly engaged in bank risk prevention and supervision, securities market supervision, rural financial legal research.
