In 1986, Liang Zi, as a female soldier, went to Laoshan front line. After he came back alive, he won a prize for meritorious service and made a tour report all over the country.

Character experience

Liang Zi joined the army in 1977 (at the age of 16). In 1983, he was transferred to the Qinghai Tibet Plateau and worked as a photographer in the military region of Qinghai Province. In 1985, he took part in the battle of Laoshan and followed the commandos to make field follow-up shooting, leaving behind a large number of field photography works at that time. After he changed his job, he was transferred to the magazine "Chinese transferred officers" of the military office of the State Council and worked as a photographer. In 1998, Liang Zi was transferred to the military office of the State Council "An open diary", which records the history of Liangzi's 15 years in the army, was finally published. This book was translated into Japanese at the same time. The Japanese Guangwen Society held the launching ceremony and Liangzi's personal photo exhibition in Tokyo. In Liang Zi's "an open diary", she tells us a bloody battlefield experience as a female battlefield reporter who personally participated in the battle.
