Yu Zhiwei

Yu Zhiwei, male, Han nationality, was born in December 1970 in Zhaozhou, Heilongjiang Province. In July 1992, he joined the Communist Party of China in November 1991. He graduated from Liaoning University of technology with a master's degree in mining engineering and a senior engineer.

He is now vice minister of the Organization Department of Heilongjiang provincial Party committee and vice chairman of the Personnel Committee of the 13th people's Congress of Heilongjiang Province.
