He Zhitao, male, Han nationality, born in February 1982 in Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, holds a master's degree. He is the founder and chairman of Hangzhou contact Interactive Information Technology Co., Ltd. He graduated from Beijing University of Posts and telecommunications and chose to start his own business after graduation. In 2007, he founded Beijing Digital Tianyu Technology Co., Ltd. and served as the CEO of the company. In 2014, Beijing Digital Tianyu Technology Co., Ltd. was listed on A-share market, and later renamed as "contact interaction", with the stock code of 002280. Contact interaction became the first listed mobile Internet company in China.
