Li Shukai: male, born in 1940.4, Han nationality; graduated from Wuhan University of Surveying and mapping in 1963, majoring in aerial photogrammetry, bachelor's degree, and was assigned to the Institute of geography, Chinese Academy of Sciences in the same year;
Since the establishment of the Institute of remote sensing application of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1978, he has been working in the Institute of remote sensing application of the Chinese Academy of Sciences for two years (1981-1983). He is a research fellow and doctoral advisor, retired in 2002, and has been the executive director of the China Society of Surveying and mapping. He was director of the research laboratory for 17 years before retiring. research fields and directions: 15 years of broadening new areas of photogrammetry application; 11 years of remote sensing image earth positioning research; 7 years of global positioning system (GPS) application research; 10 years of developing airborne high-efficiency qualitative and positioning integration technology system; 15 years of promoting the construction of National Remote Sensing earth observation technology system to meet the needs of national development strategy.
