Liu Xueping

Liu Xueping, female, Han nationality, was born in August 1958 in Zhaoping, Guangxi. She joined the Communist Party of China in September 1985 and began to work in August 1982. She graduated from the Party School of Guangxi district Party committee, majored in party and government management. She has a postgraduate degree and is a senior political engineer.
