Chen Zhao, born in Wuhe County, Anhui Province in 1983, was admitted to the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2005 with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree. Later, he was admitted to the Chinese Academy of Arts with a doctor's degree of Zhang lichen. Professor Yu Guanghua, assistant professor of Chinese Painting School of Central Academy of fine arts, external flower and bird teacher of Beijing Language and Culture University, and young painter of Li Keran Painting Academy.
Chen Zhao devotes himself to the study of freehand brushwork of flower and bird painting, deeply studies the famous paintings of past dynasties, especially has a profound insight into the blank and brush and ink structure of Badashan people. His paper "Research on the blank of Badashan people's flower and bird painting" and many paintings have been published in culture monthly, art market, art daily and other publications, and published his personal album.
His works participated in Jiade's auction and were selected into Nanjing International Art Exhibition. He held nearly ten influential individual exhibitions in Shenzhen Luohu Art Museum, Beijing Chaoyang art academy, 798, Shandong and other places. He went to Singapore and other places for exhibition exchange. He also participated in dozens of famous art exhibitions such as Yanhuang Art Museum, bird's nest cultural center, art market Art Museum of the Ministry of culture, Li Keran art academy art museum and so on.

From 2005 to 2009, he won the national scholarship for four times. in 2008, he won the second prize in the National Art Academy's sketching exhibition of "taking things from heart".
