Cui Yingjie, male, born on July 15, 1983, Han nationality, born in Baoding City, Hebei Province, junior high school culture, veteran, employee of mingcabinet catering and entertainment (Beijing) Co., Ltd., native place is Fuping County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. On the morning of April 10, 2007, Beijing No.1 Intermediate Court sentenced the defendant Cui Yingjie to death for intentional homicide, suspended for two years and deprived him of political rights for life.
