Pan Anzi, born in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province in 1977, is a director from the mainland of China and graduated from the director department of the Central Academy of drama.

In 2003, he directed the short music film goodbye Carmen. In 2004, pan Anzi won the award of excellent director for the 10th anniversary of China's MTV. In 2007, he directed the short music film "I am in charge". In 2008, he directed his first film volunteer, which won the best potential director award of the media award of Shanghai International Film Festival.
