Chen Guojun, born in 1953 in Changchun, Jilin Province, is a Chinese film actor and director.

Personal experience

After graduating from middle school, he moved to the countryside and settled down. In 1975, he was admitted to the actor troupe of Changchun Film Studio. He has played roles in many films, such as "the shadow of a tiger in the light of a sword", "blood in China", "big boy" and so on.

In 1980, Chen Guojun played the role of Xia Yu, a revolutionary, in the film of the same name adapted from Lu Xun's famous work medicine. Due to the script's re processing and re shaping of Xia Yu, and Chen Guojun's hard study and serious experience, Xia Yu became the most glorious character in the whole play, and Chen Guojun became famous for the film.
