Zhou Fengshan (1921-2004) is a native of anlandian in Xindian street. Before the July 7th incident, I studied in Xiguan primary school in Linzi county. In October 1937, he joined the Anti Japanese volunteer military training group of Linzi young students.

In January 1938, he took part in the famous ambush of the dwarf locust tree, which severely attacked the arrogance of the Japanese aggressors. In July 1938, he was incorporated into the tenth regiment of the third Shandong people's Anti Japanese guerrilla detachment of the Eighth Route Army. After eight years of Anti Japanese War and three years of liberation war, he took part in more than 100 battles and won first-class merit once and third-class merit three times. He has successively served as monitor, platoon leader, company instructor, battalion instructor, regiment political commissar, deputy director of the Political Department of a division of Nanjing Military Region, etc. He has participated in training cadres above regimental level for many times, and has been the editor in chief of Donghai militia magazine for many years. He was stabbed to death in Nanjing on February 3, 2004. On February 18, 2004, Liang, the suspect who stabbed Zhou Fengshan to death, was arrested in Zhenjiang.
