Shen Xiaoai, male, born in August 1941 in Beijing.. Graduated from Inner Mongolia Meteorological school. At present, he is the director of Baotou library, the executive director of Inner Mongolia Library Society, the chairman of Baotou library cooperation network committee, the Deputy group leader and office director of the evaluation and grading group of District, banner and county public libraries, He is a member of Baotou intermediate technical title evaluation committee, vice chairman of Baotou Folk Artists Association, and vice president of Baotou Branch of Chinese painting and calligraphy correspondence university.

He has done a lot of work in the construction, planning, collection and arrangement of Baotou library, which has been highly praised.
