Han Zhikai

Han Zhikai, male, born in December 1960, Han nationality, from Guannan, Jiangsu Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, with a university degree and the rank of major general of the Chinese people's Liberation Army.

He used to be the commander of Chongqing garrison of PLA.

He was the commander of the ninth artillery division of the Chinese people's Liberation Army and the deputy chief of staff of the Shanghai Garrison.

In April 2012, he served as deputy director of Shanghai Civil Defense Office.

In May 2015, he served as chief of staff of Shanghai police district.

In April 2017, he served as commander of Chongqing Police District.

From January 20201 to January 20202, deputy secretary of the Standing Committee of Chongqing municipal Party committee.

Appointment and removal information

In February 2021, with the approval of the CPC Central Committee, Comrade Han Zhikai will no longer serve as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee.
