Qiu Litao, born in Hong Kong in 1961, is a film director and photographer in Hong Kong, China. Master of cultural studies, Lingnan University, Hong Kong.

From 1981 to 1984, he studied film in the school of communication, Hong Kong Baptist University. In 1987, he directed the film "the story of pretty girls" for the first time.
