Ren PENGYUAN, director and screenwriter of mainland China, member of China Film Directors Association.
In 2009, he graduated from Kingston University with a master's degree in film making.
In 2017, he wrote and directed the film "behind the scenes players", which was supervised and starred by Xu Zheng.
Early experience
Born in Beijing, he studied in the UK and majored in film making at Kingston University in London. During his study, he obtained a or above in all subjects. Before graduation, Ren PENGYUAN was the director of the official promotional film Ku and UK of Kingston University.
Acting experience
In 2010, he entered the CCTV film channel for internship. in 2012, he began to write screenplays independently. In June 2017, he directed the movie "behind the scenes players", supervised by Xu Zheng, starring Xu Zheng and Wang Likun. on April 15, 2018, as the opening film of the 8th Beijing International Film Festival, "behind the scenes" met the audience for the first time.
