Li Yuhe

Li Yuhe, born in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province in July 1981, is a director, screenwriter, producer and actor in mainland China. He graduated from the director department of Beijing Film Academy and the school of art and media of Beijing Normal University.

In 2003, he starred in Hugo's drama thousand yuan reward. In 2011, he directed his first short film "three kilometers", which was shortlisted for the best film award of "Golden Panda" at the 11th Sichuan TV Festival. He won the best director award of first youth film exhibition for this film. In 2016, he wrote and directed his first film "holding the heart and hanging the gall", which was shortlisted for the best feature film award of the 11th Chinese youth video forum. With this film, he was shortlisted for the best screenwriter award of the 11th Chinese youth video forum and the best screenwriter award of the 19th Asian newcomer award of Shanghai International Film Festival.
