Qiu Zhongyi (1935 -) was named Qiusi. Yibin, Sichuan. He graduated from Chinese Department of Nanjing Normal University in 1957. Director of Nanjing Film Studio. First class film director. He is a member of China Film Association and vice president of Jiangsu Film Association. Member of China TV Association.
