Early experience
Influenced by his family environment, Gao Xixi studied painting as a child. He first studied fine arts in Jiangxi literature and art school, and then went to Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts (now China Academy of Fine Arts). After graduation, he worked in Jiangxi film studio.
