Early experience
Born on January 16, 1959 in Jinzhou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province. In 1976, he joined Tangfang youth center of Taiping Street, Pulandian District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province; in the same year, he joined the literature and art propaganda team of Taiping Street, Pulandian District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province.
